Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade work. Each Space Vision piece is made and finished by hand in Switzerland, so please read the timing details below before ordering.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Member states of the European Union, United Kingdom, United States of America.

Processing time

Our pieces are made in small numbers and are often produced to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 7 business days for your piece to be prepared, finished, and carefully packed before it ships. If an item is in stock, it will ship sooner. If a piece is made to order, we'll confirm the expected timeline with you by email after purchase. You'll receive a notification with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping method and cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, sent via Swiss Post. Estimated delivery is 2 business days after dispatch for Switzerland, and 5 business days after dispatch for others destinations.

Taxes

Prices on our site include Swiss tax. There are no additional shipping charges.

Packaging and fragile items

Each piece is a sculpture and is packed with care to protect it in transit. Please inspect your order on arrival and keep all original packaging until you're sure you're keeping the piece.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimate above, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@space-vision.ch so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective items are handled under our Refund Policy.
